This is a ready to ship empty older Ultrasabers hilt for DIY.  What you see is what you get.  Ready for immediate shipping.  It was taken in partial payment for a debt owed and I am asking what was owed for it.  It is perfectly cool for a novice build!  Sold in as-is condition.  I have 2 of these.
